Your purposes stand

* for I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you. plans to give you a hope and a future. then you will call upon Me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. you will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart. I will be found by you.. (jer 29:11-13) 

* if My people, who are called by My Name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. (2 chron 7:14) 

teach us to 

1) humble ourselves and come and call upon the Lord 

2) pray and seek Him 

3) turn from wicked ways

amazing Lord! whole of heaven silent! teach me truly what it means to be still before You, and the sheer awesomeness of that quietude.
